Dr. Mazor and his staff are great. He's a true professional, explains problems and approaches to treatment. I had surgery performed in his office and it was done fairly quickly with great follow up from the office as I recovered.

The worst, but the worst. The staff is rude and unwilling to help. They sent me to specialist after Dr. Arceo failed to covered the implant she had installed, and I quote “ I can’t cover the implant because I don’t have time.” The staff repeatedly told me to go to another dentist(they legitimately didn’t care, As if my business is not needed by them). After the first implant, failing Dr. Arceo sent me to a specialist because she thought I had infection, the ENT specialist ruled out an infection( of course he wanted to continue to bill my insurance.) the denstist because she didn’t want to continue with my procedure kept insisting I get my sinus cleared, although her first concern was I had an infection which the ENT had already ruled out. She left me without a tooth or even a temporary piece for a year, stringing me along, sending the wrong referrals to doctors. If you want to lose your money and time go with this group, if you want professional quality care, find yourself another dental specialist, these people aren’t it.

Was referred to Dr Mazor after learning that my dentist of 20 years ( who retired on the heels of COVID) did not care for my teeth properly during those 2 decades. Needless to say, periodontal work needed to be done, and Dr Mazor was the right and perfect referral! At this point I have been to his office several times and my treatment with him is virtually complete. I have felt very safe with each visit. Dr. Mazor has a great bedside manor and explains things very well,His work included teeth extractions and implants. I am very pleased in every respect with Dr Mazor and his staff!

Dr. Mazor and his staff displayed the utmost professionalism. Dr. Mazor is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He explained in detail the procedure that he was going to perform on me. After the procedure, he followed up with me and my outcome was successful. Additionally, the office takes numerous COVID precautions.
